Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Omni Springs Bedford Resort had its ups and downs. I was disappointed with the musty smell in the hallway to my room, which really affected my experience. However, once we got settled, I appreciated the charming historical atmosphere and enjoyed the delicious dining options. The staff truly shone with their friendliness and attentiveness, making the stay more enjoyable, despite some flaws with cleanliness and comfort in specific areas.
I had a wonderful time at this unique historical property that provided a relaxing escape. The rooms were lovely and the food was absolutely delightful, making every meal a treat. The spa was a highlight of our stay, but be prepared for a bustling atmosphere with tour groups and events that can get a bit overwhelming at times.
My stay at Omni Bedford Springs was a mixed bag. The spa was a standout feature that I loved, providing an exceptional retreat during my visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the costs, as many activities and meals felt overpriced for what was offered. Additionally, I encountered several issues with room cleanliness and service that detracted from the enjoyment. It's a beautiful place with charming history, but the value for money left a lot to be desired.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The resort has lost some charm, with long wait times everywhere and a crowded environment, especially at the spa. However, the spa treatments were still enjoyable, and I appreciated the beautiful room. The overall experience was marred by noise, lack of service in busy areas, and a feeling of being overwhelmed by children running around. Sadly, it doesn’t justify the prices anymore.
I had an amazing stay at the Omni Bedford Springs. The spa was outstanding, and the staff truly made me feel special. The room was immaculate, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort. However, I found the bed in the historic wing quite uncomfortable, and breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, it was a relaxing experience with lovely dining options and beautiful grounds.
